The property location is good but it is deteriorating significantly. The room walls are chipped and chunks of stucco are missing. Outdoor seating is old and Brocken down. Railing needs attention and can break if leaning on it. Dangerous scenario.
Golf course needs a lot of work and single price needs to be in place. Caddies are not very knowledgeable and do not do much other than cleaning clubs that do not need cleaning. Frustrating experience that is costly and not worth the experience.
It is too bad that the property and golf course could be great but greed and lack of upkeep are not to par. It is also too expensive and much rather visit another location for my next vacation. Not worth the money.

Los camastros de la alberca son insuficientes, hay que bajar a apartarlos a las 7 AM, el restaurante un día en la cena no había comida suficiente y el resto estaba fría. Los restaurantes de especialidad hay que apartarlos el mismo día a las 7 am, porque se llena y no alcanzas

I didn’t like that someone vomit in the pool and it wasn’t cleaned up. Also the staff was overly attentive.But in overall a good experience.

Room was nice, staff was helpful and friendly, food was good. Only complaint would be that the sand was full of tar. I know this is something the hotel cant control but maybe they import some in order to keep their 5 star ratimg

This was a fantastic vacation location. The food was great, so many pools to choose from, the rooms were clean and well taken care of. Felt very safe on the resort. Loved the bed! Wish I knew what mattress it was because I need a new one.
